鸡汤、毒鸡汤不管受不受用，只有真正到了某个时刻当事人才会幡然醒悟——我应该怎样怎样。

但别人传授的道理再怎么醍醐灌顶也比不过自己从生活中得到的感悟来得深刻。

来自西班牙的插画师Alex Noriega，于2010年开创了一个漫画博客《这些道理没有人告诉我》(Stuff No One Told Me)。

当时Alex正值低谷期，他试图通过绘画的形式来审视自己的人生，解开各种死结。
